Q. How do I log in to my account?
A. To log into your account either click the "Customer Login" button at the top of the page, or visit www.myspp.com.
Q. When are payments taken out?
A. Payments are automatically taken out on either the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, or 25th of every month depending on what you choose.
Q. How do I change my payment date?
A. To change your payment date log in to www.myspp.com or call our Customer-service Department at 800-346-5990.
Q. I received notification that my payment didn't go through, what happened?
A. This could be caused by a variety of factors. The most common issue is an expired debit/credit card that needs to be updated in your account settings. If your card is not expired and you are still having issues, please give us a call at 800-346-5990 and we'll be happy to help.
Q. My debit/credit card has expired, how do I update my payment information?
A. To update your debit/credit card information please log in to www.myspp.com. In the "My Account" section, click "Update Payment Information" and adjust information as needed.
